Long Island Expressway:

Take Route 495 (Long Island Expressway) to Exit 49 (East from New York, West from Eastern Long Island).  Go South on Route ll0.  Make a right on Louden Avenue (2nd Traffic Light after Route 27).  Continue on Louden to 2nd Traffic Light –Route 27 Sunrise Highway –make a right hand turn on Sunrise Highway and approx. ¼ mile on right enter South Oaks Hospital Entrance.

Southern State Parkway:

Take Southern State Parkway to Exit 32 (East from New York, bearing left at fork upon exiting, West from Eastern Long Island.) Go South on Route ll0.  Make a Right on Louden Avenue.  Continue on Louden to 2nd Traffic Light –Route 27 Sunrise Highway-make right hand turn and approx. ¼ mile on right enter South Oaks Hospital Entrance.
